These amazing fluffy vegan pancakes are easy to make with just 6 ingredients and 3 steps. This plant based recipe is perfect for breakfast just add your favorite toppings

Ingredients:
300 g flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 table spoon of organic sugar
1 table spoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
400 ml plant based milk
Method:
Step 1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl. Whisk the ingridients using a balloon whisk until mixed. Slowly pour in the milk until you get a smooth, thick batter
Step 2. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat.
Step 3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a nonstick pan. When the top begins to bubble and the edges are set , flip the pancake and cook until golden. Keep it warm in a low oven while you cook the remaining pancakes. Serve with your favorite toppings
